    Follow the step-by-step instructions below on how to complete your test.

    Place funnel opening under your mouth and spit saliva into funnel. Repeat until saliva liquid (not foam) reaches the fill line.

    Hold the tube and twist to remove the funnel. Discard the funnel.

    To close the tube, hold it upright and press down whilst twisting the cap until it is tightly secured.

    Shake the close tube vigorously a into few times.

    Place the Collection Tube into the Safety Bag with the pad and ensure it is sealed.

    Place the Safety Bag into the UN3373 white bag and follow the return instructions on the next page.

    Returns:

    UK: return using the pre-paid royal mail label.
    International: Secure the return label and commercial invoice on the package. Arrange a collection or drop off at the postal depo.
